Description of problem:

Upgrade mod_jk to the latest community version 1.2.40
The version fixes IPV6 support added to 1.2.39 and fixes number of reported bugs.

Mod_jk 1.2.40 is part of all relevant packages -> PASSED
Nevertheless, I still do some testing relevant to IPv6.
