How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter 'report--overall report' page, choose product '389', click link on product name to enter product report detail page.
2.Enter builds tab.
3.choose build 'RHS-2.0-20121110.0-RHS-x86_64', click link on build name.

4.Check the number of failed cases between report summery and report detail.

Actual results:
the number of failed cases between report summery and report detail are inconsistent.

this has been fixed in 3.8.9.

verify this issue on v3.8.10-1 on devel server.--->Pass
verify steps are same as description.
