Feature: A run of the Certification Test Suite generates a set of logs in JSON format. This feature extends the readability of the logs by creating a summary report in HTML format. Reason: Enables the user of the Certification Test Suite and the Reviewer to quickly scan the generated report and identify areas of concern, errors and warnings. Result (if any):

Description of problem:
Currently rhos-cts tool only create text logs which are hard to read and take lot of time to review. This module will generate test report in html format and if some test case fail reviewer can look into text log only for particular test.

This feature is not present for network and storage components in openstack-cts-5.0.20140605-1.el7ost build , so changing the status to ASSIGNED again
