1. Run ./demo-domain-setup.sh to create configuration example
2. Run ./domain.sh to start domain mode

Portal in domain mode is not started and in log appear exceptions:

Module com.redhat.gss.redhat-access-plugin is present in EAP 6.3.Alpha but not in EAP 6.3 used for ER01.

I'm going to investigate if this module is optional.

Module com.redhat.gss.redhat-access-plugin is present in Alpha but not in ER01.

I disable it on domain.xml configuration.

Also, in the domain.xml demo example I change the profile from main-server-group and other-server-group to default and full, instead to full and full-ha.

https://github.com/gatein/gatein-portal/pull/838 was merged in upstream.

Verified in JPP 6.2 ER02.

For the record, this issue was discovered during the ER phase of 6.2. It would not have been something customers would have been exposed to. Therefore it does not require a release note.
