lowering severity - I'll go out on a limb here and say a GUI component not aligned graphically with other components on the screen isn't a "high" severity problem :) Note that the file upload component is browser-dependent and the width of it is not controllable by us. I tried to align this as best I could without wasting tons of time on it, it might not be possible to get this to look perfectly aligned.
"Port:" textbox is allowing to enter other than integer. however while clicking action buttons it is changed to default value as 22. It will be good if it indicates error while entering non-integer value and port value with out of range.

put the components in a slightly different layout to hopefully make it more "aligned". git commit to master: 4d736ff
