Description of problem:
OpenStack Keystone Keystone can be used with an LDAP backend.  If it is, it cannot talk to LDAP due to policy.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Conver to using LDAP backend IAW http://openstack.redhat.com/Keystone_integration_with_IDM
2.  keystone token-get


Actual results:
Error "cannot talk to ldap server"

Expected results:
Token return from Keystone or Keystone appropriate error.


Additional info:
need a value like httpd_can_connect_ldap  for Keystone:

keystone_can_connect_ldap  default off

No need for a boolean.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing selinux-policy-3.12.1-161.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
