Doc Text:	This enhancement adds an enhanced wizard-based installation process for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform. The solution is based on the staypuft foreman plugin, and utilizes existing puppet classes used by other installation methods. Description of problem:


We need a wizard based installer to deploy some standard OpenStack configurations. 

The installer will be based on The Foreman and use a new module called staypuft.  It will automated deployment across multiple machines with multiple services including HA configurations for controller services.
