Description of problem:
When portal language is changed to some languages (e.g. Czech, French, German), the Move Containers permission is not shown in dialog for setting permissions during creating a new portal site or editing some page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Sign In as root
2.Go To Red Hat logo, Change Language and change it for e.g. Czech, French, German
3.Site - Manage Sites - Add New Portal - Permissions -  only Access, Edit and Move Apps are shown, Move Containers is missing

Found issue: UITabSelector has a fixed size. Some i18n texts are sizer than original english text and makes overflow rest of tabs in a hidden part.

I'm going to review localized text to see if we can fix it without change global layout.

The fix was merged in upstream after minor reformulations in Czech, German an Russian languages. See proposed https://github.com/gatein/gatein-portal/pull/845 vs. merged https://github.com/gatein/gatein-portal/commit/2cccf438c5e09edbb8b7ca2fa94db84c56ff1349
