Description of problem:

Can't access foreman GUI, admin changeme doesn't work -> Incorrect username or password.

How reproducible:
Not sure, first time 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install foreman
2. Try to access GUI
3.

Actual results:
Can't login to GUI,  Incorrect username or password.

Expected results:

Login successfully with admin changeme

Is this using the RC version of foreman 1.5, or the standard 1.3?  I have done multiple fresh installs (as have others from QE) without ever seeing such an issue, so trying to determine what might be different in your setup.  Have you successfully installed and logged in in the past?  If so, did you take any different steps this time?

Can't answer, setup is gone don't remember details. 
If happens again I'll update this bug, or open a new one of this one gets closed.
