+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1091600 +++

Description of problem:

CTDB lockvol needs ping-timeout to be changed everytime it is configured make sure this is automated in the post CTDBstart script. 

Default ping-timeout 42secs for a CTDB lockvol is really high, should be kept at 10secs
