stacktrace

Erasing the empty repository example:repository1 causes exception appears in server log informing that "Failed to dispatch CDI Event". I am not aware of any impact to functionality, the repository has been erased after all.

1. Start EAP 6.1.1 with business-central (with property org.kie.example=true)
2. Navigate to Authoring -> Administration, erase the repository1.
3. Observe the server log.
