Description of problem:
Currently the mark-up for admonitions, program listings, and the like are very noisy. The style needs to be simplified to be noticeable but not intrusive.

Tested all admonitions along with programlisting on the common-db5 brand, and the style renders exactly as shown in Jeff's links. Setting as VERIFIED.

A fix for this shipped in Publican 4.2.0.
