Screen shot: actual behaviour for the RuleFlow set

Description of problem:
If the user uses the RuleFlow library set (default option for BRMS product) and the user adds the first task to Canvas then there are several problems with Designer.

  - the task is placed at the top-left corner of Canvas (see attached screenshot)
  - the task contains all icons at the same position (Receive Task, Business Task, Script Task, etc.) even if it was just Business Task.
  - Quick Menu is placed at the original/desired position
        - boundary box is missing
        - Source Code Viewer and Dictionary do not work
        - if an user change a type or add another node then task is placed at the correct position
  - Property bar does not change a content (still shows properties for the previous active element)
        - an activation of any property shows the task at the correct position but the content of Properties bar is still same.
        - when an user changes some properties, the effect is on the task node (Name, Color, etc.)
  - Object Library does not react on change of the library set (Full, Simple)
  - activation of another node/process failed

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.0.2 GA BRMS

Step to reproduce:
1. create a new procee
2. be sure that you are in the RuleFlow library set
     - BRMS product - it is the default set
     - BPMS product - switch to the RuleFlow library set
3. add a Business Task (or another type of tasks) to Canvas

fixed in designer master and 6.0.x branches. you can close 1093615 as well as these issues are related and fix should be for both

Verified on ER3.

It seems that the test suite is not affected by this issue any more (tests was successful on WAS)
