Fedora ships with ModemManager1 which has changed API and thus has a different D-Bus service. So prepaid-manager-applet needs update to run on Fedora 20.
Anyway, why do you prepaid-manager-applet at all? Is something missing in nm-applet/nm-connection-editor or mmcli?

Are in the habit of used gnome-modem-manager to ussd requests. Fedora-19 he still worked. mmcli --3gpp-ussd-initiate fit, didn't know about.
