Description of problem:

When apper starts it always displays "Getting updates [Finished]".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

0.8.2-1.fc20

How reproducible:

You get the message "Getting updates [Finished]" at every reboot and also when you open apper manually.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. restart your system and wait a few seconds
2. or just open "apper"

Actual results:

You get the message "Getting updates [Finished]" every time.

Expected results:

I expect the message "Getting updates [Finished]" only once after a system update.
