[test run]When add case to run in following case, system will go to error page.

Description of problem:
as subject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.7-4 on qa server

How reproducible:
for some runs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a run detail page.
https://tcms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com/run/82109/
2.Click 'cases-add' link to enter assigncase page.
3.Choose all cases, then click update btn.

Actual results:
System go to error page.

Expected results:
System add all cases to this run.

verify this bug on prod on v3.8.10-2--->Pass
verify steps are same as description.
