autofs can ghost non-existent map entries given the right timing

It's interesting to note that I'm working with our autofs regression tests against rhel-6.6 autofs and it looks like we have a test that should fail due to this. It's failing with the change here too but I have a huge amount of other changes, we'll have to wait and see what the end result is. Ian
