Description of problem:
clean install ovirt-node-iso-3.1.0-0.999.1438.el6.iso and configure network up.
enter into kdump page , check that the entry of "ssh_key" still couldn't be edited even if selecting "SSH" type.

This issue can be reproduced in the follow version:
rhevh-7.0-20140424.0.iso 
ovirt-node-3.1.0-0.2.20140424gitbfdfc00.el7

so need clone it from ovirt-node upstream into downstream to track it in rhevh7

Test version:
rhev-hypervisor7-7.0-20141107.0.iso
ovirt-node-3.1.0-0.25.20141107gitf6dc7b9.el7.noarch

Test steps:
1. clean install rhev-hypervisor7-7.0-20141107.0.iso and configure network up.
2. enter into kdump page 

Test result:
check that the entry of "ssh_key" could be edited when selecting "SSH" type.

so this bug has been fixed in in rhevh 7.0 for RHEV 3.5 bulid version, change the status into "VERIFIED".
