Description of problem:
when input full-width characters or chinese word as business process name, no validation on the name input, but the business process diagram can not be open, there is error shown.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to maitai-bpms site to Authoring->Project Authoring. 
2.Select proper orgchart unit and repositort then create a new project.
3.Create a new business process by clicking New Item->BUSINESS PROCESS. 
input '５５' or '测试' as new business process name. then click OK.
4. Check the opened business process which name is '５５' or '测试'.

Actual results:
Error as attachment is shown:

Could not open requested business process due to processing errors.
Empty process was loaded instead.
Click on the Details tab below to view error details.

Expected results:
The business diagram can open without exception.

Additional info:
The error can not be moved and be closed.

This seems to be fixed, was able to create new process with name 测试
