Flavio suggested on related bug to disable firewall

service iptables stop fixed this problem.
But then why are needed firewall rules missing for Cinder and Glance?

Comment 3 Flavio Percoco 2014-05-08 15:37:20 UTC
This doesn't seem to be related to cinder. I'm moving it under packstack since it sounds like something is going on w/ the iptable's rules.

FWIW, I ssh'd into that box, restarted iptables and everything worked fine. Perhaps some packstack/puppet race?

Comment 4 Ivan Chavero 2014-07-04 19:48:44 UTC
This problem does not appear no the latest packstack version: openstack-packstack-2014.1.1-0.32.1.dev1209.el7ost
