Description of problem:

I thought I filed this already, but I can't find the issue, so here goes:

When watchman starts up on our nodes, it immediately consumes about 1 GB of RAM.  After a few days, we often see it consuming 3 GB or more of memory + swap.  Both the initial usage and the growth seem excessive.
