Description of problem:
repo remove supports synced contents as well but the cli help is not updated

[root@pulp-24-server ~]# pulp-admin rpm repo remove
Usage: pulp-admin [SUB_SECTION, ..] COMMAND
Description: remove copied or uploaded modules from a repository


[root@pulp-24-server ~]# pulp-admin rpm repo d
Usage: pulp-admin [SUB_SECTION, ..] COMMAND
Description: repository lifecycle commands

Available Sections:
  content - search the contents of a repository
  copy    - copies one or more content units between repositories
