'Here' link on New host page under ActivationKeys tab doesn't work

Description of problem:
Link to 'Activation keys' on New hostgroup page is not working.  Please see the snapshot

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to New Host -> Activation keys tab
2.

Actual results:
Link to Activation-key page is broken

Expected results:
Link should work

Verified with sat6 Beta snap7.

The link to activation key page on New hostgroup form (under activationkeys tab) works fine. thanks.

This was delivered with 6.0.3, which is the Satellite 6 Beta.
