Description of problem:

Whenever I edit a disk of any VMs (see screenshot1.png) the dialog shows that the vm has "Preallocated" Allocation policy even tough the disk was created with thin provision police and sometime Preallocated disk shows thinly provisioned.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a thin provisoned disk. 
2.Click on edit disk option to pop up 'Edit Virtual Disk' Window. 
3. In 'Edit Virtual Disk' Option Allocation policy of the disk show 'preallocated' although it was created as 'thin provisioned'

Actual results:
Incorrect information which make confusions 

Expected results:
Should show the correct disk allocation policy.

Disks provision method is shown correctly from 'Edit' disk.
Checked using block and file with thin-provision and preallocated disks

Verified using av9.1
