After creating a decision table, switching to its source panel ends up with an error screen saying that "No SourceService found for ${assetName}". The error message is similar as in bug 1097605.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. deploy business-central to WebSphere AS
2. upload a xls decision table
3. convert it into guided decision table
4. switch to source panel.
