In Teiid Designer, users can not use '.' as the VDB's name. User should be able to use '.' to specify the version for VDB.

Description of problem:
By Teiid Designer, User can not use '.' for VDB name. 
According to the Official document[1], user should be able to use '.' to specify the version for VDB.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new VDB named "test1.1"

Actual results:
error occurs. Please check attached screenshot named vdb_versioning_error.png

Expected results:
User can use '.' for VDB name.

This has been fixed in 9.0.x/8.6.x branches and a new Designer 9.0.1.Final has been build and update site published.
