On a new clean installation, if the documentation here is followed and the parameteres ovs_bridge_mappings and ovs_bridge_uplinks are used as suggested in this doc the setup doesn't work and the behaviour described in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1054117 happens.

If following the following article everything works fine:

It's mainly the format of the variables which must be set like this:

    ovs_bridge_mappings" ["physext:br-ex"]
    ovs_tunnel_iface: ["eth0"]
    ovs_vlan_ranges:["physext"]
    ovs_bridge_uplinks:["br-ex:eth0"]

Instead of:

    ovs_bridge_mappings: physext:br-em2
    ovs_bridge_uplinks: br-em2:em2
    ovs_vlan_ranges: physext
    tenant_network_type: gre

In addition ovs_tunnel_types seems mandatory and should be included.

Hi Ramon,

I've attached the latest updates to the guide (see chapter C.1. Using Foreman to deploy Neutron). Can you please let me know if the updated version fixes the problem described in this bug?
