Description of problem:
Link to BZ isn't sufficient, especially when there is comment like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1063653#c3

Have marked that bug for exclusion from release notes until either the NEEDINFO request against it is fullfilled or the document is released without it.

Keeping ticket open pending outcome.

'*/*' from BZ text is rendered only as bold '/', in BZ#1063653 is correct text, it should be cited without modifications.
