Ok, cool. I'm noting your comment #3 in the RHEL 7 bug 1098524 ... Somewhat confusingly, this bug is against RHOS 4, which is on RHEL 6. As noted here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1099040#c5 - I believe you pointed out that this policy already exists for RHEL 6, so there's no need to keep this one open.
