This is the overall 'Tracker Bug' that includes the specific bug tracking numbers for each layered product that is included in RHCI.

Process for tracking bugs in each Layered Product:

o An RHCI Tracker bug will be created in each layered product
  (ex: RHEV, CloudForms).

o If a bug is found in the RHEV product, please file the bug in the RHEV
  product in Bugzilla. This bug would then be added to the RHCI
  Tracker bug in the RHEV product. The RHEV product team will be aware of
  this tracker bug which includes the associated bugs and will triage
  accordingly.  
     Note: For consistency, follow the same process for the other layered
     products (CloudForms, RHEL-OSP, etc).

o The tracker bugs for ALL of the Layered Products will be include in this
   'Overall' RHCI Tracking Bug.  You will find each tracker bug in the, 
   'Depends On' section of this bug.
