Description of problem:

After enabling/synchronizing some RHEL content and a custom yum repository, adding them to a content view which was published and promoted to Library + 1 environment, I registered and subscribed a client to my satellite system, specifically to the environment that matched the content view

  subscription-manager register --username admin --password changeme --org ACME_Corporation --env 'DEV/Capsules'

Trying to install a package from the client with yum failed with a PYCURL error
