Description of problem:
Throw NameError: name 'kernel_cmdline_arguments' is not defined exception during auto install process. 
This exception lead to automatic installations failed.(seen auto install failed.png)

In the master branch of ovirt-node upstream
recipe: ql2500 is only available in RHEL

Should use get_cmdline_args() to get kernel args

oVirt 3.5 has been released and should include the fix for this issue.
