When building remote query quickstart, it is necessary to have protoc installed.

I suggest to at least document this fact, see related JIRA.

The need of installation of Protoc has been added to README file, so I guess you can set this JIRA to ON_QA.

protoc will no longer be needed after this is solved on 6.4: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1141272
