Security Manager Tests module -- run failed with CR1

Test run of the whole module (Security Manager Tests) failed with CR1 on Windows machines. Attached log shows problems with shutting down all cache managers...

This issue appears consistently on Windows machines. 

If you will need anything special, let me know. I will obtain it asap.
