Drop rm -rf %{buildroot}.

This package was not noarch built, however it uses %{python2_sitelib} in %files. On 64 bits system there will be an error about the file not found.

And if this package is noarch, CFLAGS="$RPM_OPT_FLAGS" is redundant.

I'm closing this in favor of getting this functionality merged into core Ansible.
