This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

How reproducible:
Insert DVD in DVD-drive, try to play with totem "Multimedia>Videos"
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert DVD into DVD-drive
2. wait for automounter to ask what to do with inserted Disc
3. "ONCE_UPON_A_TIME_S1_D1" "Öffnen mit Videos" "Auswerfen" ("open with videos" "eject"
4. Chose first option, totem launches, presents error-message, additional errors in /var/log/messages, attached

This is a Lenovo Thinkpad T60p with an internal DVD-Multiburner and one external USB Benq DVD-Multiburner. Both yielding the mentioned result.
Chosen DVD is "Once Upon A Time Season 1 Disc 1" of german release.
Is working under Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Scientific Linux) 6.5 with vlc (but also not with totem, though).
There isn't any DVD playback support for encrypted DVDs in Red Hat Enterprise Linux' totem.
If you're using 3rd-party repositories to do this, you should ask on their forums how to enable it and debug it.
