Description of problem:
While translating 3.4 Administration Guide, we found a few GUI translations that require improvement.
Changes are already applied to in Zanata in both master and ovirt-3.4 versions.

It includes:
1) "Enforcing" (Resource IDs: affinityGroupEnforceTypeLabel and enforceAffinityGroup)
2) "Create on external provider" (Resource ID:externalProviderLabel)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.4


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
For "Enforcing"
1. In Admin Portal, select a cluster from the Cluster resource tab
2. Click "Affinity Group" sub tab in details pane
3. Click either "New" or "Edit"
4. You will see the checkbox "Enforcing" 

For "Create on external provider"
1. In Admin Portal, click "Networks" resource tab.
2. Click "New" button to open "New Logical Network" window.
3. On General tab, you will find "Create on external provider" checkbox under "Export".

Actual results:
"Enforcing": 有効
"Create on external provider": 外部プロバイダーを作成

Expected results:
"Enforcing": 強制
"Create on external provider": 外部プロバイダー上に作成する

@Einav,

I am sorry that I could not pick these up during our L10N QA event.
It would be greatly appreciated if the fix can be done for 3.4.z, instead of waiting til 3.5.

hi Yuko, since pulling translations is "all or nothing" (i.e. I cannot selectively pull only the relevant translations that you are referring to), and it is too risky to introduce a full translation update for a z-stream, I prefer to not do that (unless PM thinks otherwise). 

assuming these translations' fixes were applied for the 'master' version in Zanata as well (if not - need to do that ASAP), they will land in 3.5.

Yes, the changes have already been applied to master as well.

the fixed translations have probably landed in RHEV-3.5 a long time ago - my apologies for moving this BZ to ON_QA so late.
