Description Gregory R. Kramer 2003-11-15 01:55:15 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4.1)
Gecko/20031030 Epiphany/1.0.4

Description of problem:
Evolution's mail composer allows you to drag and drop files from
Nautilus into the composer window. However, dropping a file in the
composer window does not attach the document to the email as expected.
Instead, it inserts a line of text containing the URI to the file you
dragged and dropped.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evolution-1.4.5-7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new email
2. Drag and drop any file from a Nautilus window or Desktop to the
email composer window.

Actual Results: A line of text containing the URI to the file is
inserted into the email.

Expected Results: My expectation is that the file should have been
added to the email as an attachment.
