Description of problem:
On the "Configure JMS SSL keystores" panel during console installation, password for client keystore is being remembered even though nothing has been entered.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run console installation
2. Proceed to "Configure JMS SSL keystores" panel
3. Observer the "*" in the square brackets during client keystore password prompt

Fixed error so that if a panel requires two passwords to be entered, the first password will not be stored when entering the second password. The first password will not be shown as "*****" when initially entering the second password.
