Without a description and a way to reproduce, me and upstream can't work on it :D
Why old mate users can't respect that?

Comment 13 Sam Tygier 2014-05-28 15:33:40 UTC
After a reboot i got the message from abrt. I am not sure if it was during the shutdown or the startup. Sorry if that's not helpful.

Comment 14 Wolfgang Ulbrich 2014-05-29 07:48:32 UTC
Backtrace looks like it has 'maybe' something to do with loading theme settings.
Which theme you use?
Do you have a .gtkrc file or folder in your home folder?

Comment 15 Sam Tygier 2014-05-29 08:28:38 UTC
Theme is traditionalOK

I dont have a .gtkrc. (this is a few weeks old rawhide install, so started with a clean home fiolder)

Comment 16 Sam Tygier 2014-05-29 09:09:59 UTC
also maybe related, I seem to have to do a VT switch (ctrl+alt+f2, ctrl+alt+f1) before my desktop will display after loggin in.

Comment 17 Sam Tygier 2014-05-29 21:28:12 UTC
forwarded upstream https://github.com/mate-desktop/mate-panel/issues/203

Comment 18 Wolfgang Ulbrich 2015-01-21 11:50:51 UTC
Does the issue still exists?

Comment 19 Sam Tygier 2015-01-21 12:13:04 UTC
I have not seen it in a long time, so I am guessing it has gone.
