2.31 is in Rawhide now and I created builds for F19 and 20. I'm not submitting them as updates yet, as we are in the middle of the incubation time for 2.30 and I don't want to reset that. The 2.30 update should affect everyone, while I assume 2.31 to only be relevant due to the recent security breach in ebay. Furthermore, I only think it is relevant as long as you haven't changed your password after that.
