Description of problem:

selinux stops fail2ban-client from running in the fail2ban logrotate script. Error output dumped to email:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
logrotate_script: line 1: /usr/bin/fail2ban-client: Permission denied

Audit2allow says:

#============= logrotate_t ==============
allow logrotate_t fail2ban_client_exec_t:file { read execute };

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing selinux-policy-3.12.1-167.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
