Description of problem: Updating the packages by using RHSS-3.0-20140527.n.0-RHS-x86_64-DVD1 ISO as repo fails. The base repo was RHSS-3.0-20140515.n.0-RHS-x86_64-DVD1.

I am not sure whether its valid test case between two qa builds.  However it should work fine between two release including RCs.
