Clean install of rhev-m av9.3.
At engine-setup end ovirt-engine-notifier daemon is stopped

# service ovirt-engine-notifier start
fails with:

 Validation result:
 stderr: No transport is enabled, nothing to do
 Validation failed returncode is 1:

The notification service isn't configured using the setup, and it should be configured manually afterwards, if needed.
Adding a plugin to the setup to configure that is cumbersome, as it contains a lot of details, and the configuration should be done via config file, and not by using an interactive setup questions.

Due to that i'm closing this one as NOTABUG.
