Description of problem: There is no prepackaged BIRD Routing Daemon (http://bird.network.cz/) in EPEL prior to EL7. Since EL6 is mainstream (and probably will be for a long time to go, even after EL7 is officially released), please add the .rpm packages in EPEL for EL6. Actual results: No prepackaged bird packages for EL6 are available in EPEL, in order to be installed directly via yum. Expected results: Prepackaged bird packages for EL6 should be available in EPEL. Additional info: i386 and x86_64 bird packages are available from Fedora 18 onwards, here: http://rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=bird

Hey Folks, Anything I can do to help get an updated version pushed out? I'd be happy to help with doing the rebuild or some testing? Cheers, Paul
