Please take a look at bug 1103274, where has been described how Business Central cluster behaves when kdeployment is created in one of cluster nodes.

A note containing the information in comment 1 from BZ1103274 has been included in the topic 5.2. Configuring Clustering on Red Hat JBoss EAP.
