Description of problem:

Due the change to use vdscli (xmlrpc) to communicate with VDSM to verify the networks available, it can cause an exception of Network is unreachable if there is no (ovirtmgmt) interface to communicate with vdsm. This can happen in unusual deploy of host when cannot create such interface.

Hi Jiri,

Hard to provide steps since we got affected by BZ#1108571 and BZ#1104035. 
I would say: 

- Install ovirt-node
- Configure network
- Register and approve it in oVirt Engine
- Put host in maint. in oVirt Engine
- Reboot oVirt Node
- Login again as admin user (this step should be done without any issue)
  (just to double check put again the node as UP)

oVirt 3.5 has been released and should include the fix for this issue.
