Title: Installing the Self-Hosted Engine

Describe the issue:
Installation Guide incorrectly lists only "Red Hat Enterprise Virt Management Agent" as a prerequisite channel before installing ovirt-hosted-engine-setup rpm in the "Important" notice box.

However, if I search for ovirt-hosted-engine-setup rpm in Customer Portal, it is in the "Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager (v.3.3 x86_64)" channel instead, which happens to be mentioned earlier in the section 2.1 "Software Requirements" for RHEV M.

It is not clearly stated in this document that the RHEL servers hosting self-hosted engine should subscribe to the "Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager (v.3.3 x86_64)" channel.


Suggestions for improvement:
Clearly list prerequisite channels for self-hosted engine hosts.

I've updated the topic in question so that it explicitly lists the required channels (for both Subscription Manager and RHN Classic).

These changes will not make it for 3.4 release but I anticipate they will make a z-stream release.

When available, I'll include the internal docs link.
