Description of problem:
There is an alignment issue found in New or Edit Virtual Machines Under system Tab.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into ovirt-engine-webadmin portal in en_US locale
2. Go to Virtual Machines --> New VM or Edit VM
3. Click on "Show Advance Options"
4. Click on System Tab
5. Look at "Total Virtual CPUs" level and the correcponding Text Field.

@Jiri: I don't have that env anymore, but it was something that the question mark was on a different line than the input box for the "Total Virtual CPUs" field.
