The problem is that free42-1.5.x bundles a pre-built Intel Decimal Floating-Point Math Library, but only for i686 and x86_64. Thankfully, armv7hl is a primary arch, otherwise this would have gone out with bundled code. A review request for a standalone version of this library is in bug 1098820, but has been stalled for a few weeks. In the meantime, I suggest reverting to 1.4.77 until such time that the standalone library is available. The alternative is to drop BCD_MATH and ship free42bin instead of free42dec, but I suspect that would cause some regressions.
